Are the Kodiaq NU vent slats horizontal or vertical?

Horizontal on the centre vents. Vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.

Do the Smart Dials interfere with adhesive mounts?

Only if you place the mount over them. The Smart Dials are Skoda’s rotary knobs below the touchscreen - three physical dials for climate and audio. Adhesive mounts placed on the lower centre stack must sit above or between the dials, not on them.

Does the Kodiaq have factory wireless charging?

Yes on every UK Mk2 Kodiaq trim from SE up. The Qi pad sits at the base of the centre stack.

Are 5-seat and 7-seat Kodiaq dashboards different?

No. Front dashboards are identical; only the second and third rows differ.

One thing many buyers miss

The Mk2 Kodiaq’s dashboard is broader and taller than the first-gen car. The extra depth on the top-of-dash zone means a phone mount adhered up there sits noticeably further from the driver’s eye line than in the Mk1. Vent clips or Qi-console mounts are typically closer and easier to see at a glance.

• Confirm your car is Mk2 (2024-onwards) - Mk1 had a different dashboard.
