Five things to know before you buy seat covers for the Volkswagen T-Roc

  1. T-Roc and T-Roc Cabriolet do not share covers. The Cabriolet is a 4-seat body with different seat mounts and a smaller rear cabin. Buy body-specific.

  2. R-Line and R adds deeper bolsters. Life, Match and Style accept universal semi-custom covers cleanly. R-Line, Black Edition and R need trim-specific cuts.

  3. All trims have front-seat side airbags. Airbag-compatible cover seams are mandatory. Do not order any cover without the phrase “airbag-compatible” in the listing.

  4. Mk1 covers continue to fit through 2025. The all-new second-generation T-Roc arrives late 2025 for MY26 with new seats - current covers will not fit that car when it lands.

  5. T-Roc and Tiguan covers do not interchange. The Tiguan is a larger footprint on a different platform generation; front seat cushion widths differ.
