Fitment nuance per vehicle
BYD Atto 3
The Atto 3's interior is unlike any European rival - guitar-string-style elasticated door-pocket dividers, gym-equipment-motif air vents, and a rotating central touchscreen. Universal door-pocket organisers therefore do not clear the shaped divider strings, and adhesive-mount phone cradles struggle on the textured, curved dashboard. The steeply raked windscreen puts a compact dash cam behind the mirror cleanly, but the DiPilot ADAS system is fussy about anything that intrudes into the front camera's view - keep dash cams and stickers well clear of the sweep zone. No frunk; the charging cable bag lives under the boot floor.
MG MG4
The MG4 has no frunk despite its skateboard EV platform - the front bay carries cooling and inverter hardware - so every accessory has to fit in the 363 L rear boot. XPower AWD adds a second motor at the front and grippier bucket-style sport seats with taller side bolsters that trap universal covers. The Trophy trim carries a large boot-lid spoiler with an integrated shark-fin aerial, so moulded car covers need a matched aerial pocket. Single-motor RWD cars have a completely flat rear cabin floor (no transmission tunnel), which suits backseat organisers with base straps. MG electronics are only mildly CANbus-sensitive.
