The Yaris Cross (XP210, 2021-onwards) sits on the same GA-B platform as the Yaris but has a taller, wider cabin with different vent placement and a slightly larger dashboard footprint. Cross-fitting Yaris phone mounts is not clean.

The centre stack has a freestanding tablet-style touchscreen that sits proud of the dashboard rather than integrated flush. Adhesive mounts placed on top of the dash sit ahead of the screen and can appear in the driver’s forward sight line - mount below or to the left of the screen instead. The vents are horizontal on the centre vents; universal vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.

Icon, Design, Excel and GR Sport share the same dashboard and vent layout. Excel and above have factory wireless charging on the centre console. AWD-i models share the same dashboard as 2WD - the AWD packaging affects the boot and rear floor pan, not the front interior.
